2 Step Hot Quinoa Cereal: Challenge Approved

The days are getting shorter here down under, which means, it’s time to shake up your breakfast routine!

A GREAT alternative to oatmeal, this hot quinoa cereal will leave you feeling full and satisfied. It’s the perfect pre or post workout fuel and has been FitazFKApproved for Phase 2!

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/3 cup quinoa flakes

  • Berries, for topping

  • Peanut butter, for topping

Takes 5 mins, serves 1.

HOW TO MAKE IT:

  1. Add 1/3 cup quinoa flakes to 1 cup boiling water, and stir for about 1 minute until cooked.
