Challenge Approved Snacks: Kale Chips!
Put the packet of chips back down and step up your cooking game with kale chips. Loaded with garlic salt, you’ll munch down on these chips in no time. Kale yeah!
HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED:
1 pack kale
Garlic salt, to taste
Nutritional yeast, to taste
Drizzle of olive oil
HERE’S HOW TO MAKE IT:
Remove stems from kale.
Wash and dry kale.
3. To a baking sheet, add kale (pick apart into pieces with your hands), garlic salt, nutritional yeast, and a drizzle of olive oil.
4. Bake until crisp. This took 10 minutes in my oven.
