How To Make The Perfect Raspberry Chia Overnight Oats

WHAT YOU NEED:

1/3 cup (40G) rolled oats (gluten free if needed)

1 TBSP (10G) chia seeds

1 TBSP honey

1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract

1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

1/4 Cup fresh or frozen raspberries

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Measure & prepare all the ingredients

  2. Place oats, chia seeds, honey, vanilla, extract
    & almond milk in a jar. Mix until combined

  3. Gently fold in the raspberries

  4. Put the lid on & place the jar in the fridge. Leave to soak overnight.

  5. Either transfer into a bowl with unsweetened yoghurt & additional berries or pack in your bag for brekky on the go!
