Boxing is a man’s game. Throwing a few punches is going to make me bulk like Hulk. Nose bleeds really aren’t my thing. Wrong!

HIT Box

This 28-minute express boxing class will get your heart racing as you throw some swings on our bags, optimized with a combination of cardio and strength techniques. Get ready for the ultimate fat burning workout, ensuring you will torch away those calories during class, but also after.

Boxing

Put your body to the test with this 45-minute class where you will learn to move like some of the fittest athletes in the world. This class will focus on core and legs, while teaching you the correct techniques in optimal body and strength control. What you put in is what you get out. Word hard, and you will simultaneously achieve new levels of fitness with the added bonus of how to self-defend and boost your confidence.

Kickboxing

Your balance, stability, flexibility and power will reach new heights in this explosive 45-minute full body workout. From learning the right techniques, to giving your body an extreme cardio hit, this class will have you on the path to achieving leaner muscles and invigorated strength in your legs, core and butt.

Power Box

In only 28-minutes, this express class will teach you the ropes on how to work the heavy bag. This non-stop heavy hitting session combines correct technique and foot work to give you the ultimate fat burning and muscle toning workout.
