Our Bangin' Bircher Muesli Recipe!

HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED: 

  • 1 cup rolled oats 
  • 3/4 cup of milk of choice 
  • 1 apple grated or finely chopped 
  • 1 punnet of blueberries 
  • 2 TBSP toasted slivered almonds 
  • 2 TSP honey
  • 1/2 TSP cinnamon 
  • 1/2 cup natural yoghurt 

HOW TO MAKE IT: 

  1. Soak rolled oats in milk overnight 
  2. Add all the other remaining ingredients except berries and mix well 
  3. Serve with berries and add a few toasted almonds on top
